After high school, I realized I missed playing sports and being active. I tried to stay as active as I could but college life got to me and the freshman 15 is real!
As a nutrition major, I’ve learned all about the importance of a healthy diet paired with exercise. With so many fad diets and misinformation, I really try to keep it simple by focusing on Whole Foods and strength training.
This pair has made me feel so good and confident in who I am!
